Alpine Miniatures - 3rd SBCT, 2nd Infantry Division

_
Just a quick preview of the first figure after a week of intermittent painting. There are still some areas that require some attention which hopefully could be resolved before the week closes.

Cheers,

Calvin

Calvin, this is really amazing work. While my own modeling interests are limited to WWII German subjects, your most recent modern figure is nonetheless inspiring.

I have learned quite a bit from you and Jaume Ortiz (who does equally well executed work) and I can't thank you enough.

As long as I am singing your praises, I encourage you to grace the 1/35 scale modeling community with more sculpted figures of your own. The SS figure you sculpted for Alexander Miniatures is stunning. I think any of your sculpted figures displayed on your webpage would sell very well. I'll also suggest a Heer SPG crewman to go with all the recently released SPGs and sturmpanzers.

Keep doing what you're doing,
Terry

Hi, Calvin

Hope you're well.
I was so glad to see you, last week.
I wish to thank you most warmly for your very excellent effort during my stay in singapore.
The opportunity to meet yourself
and your lovely wife is something that I had looked forward to,
and I can only hope now that someday I may be able to receive a visit here from you, and to spend more time with you.

I wish I had seen your new work. ^^

See you again.
