On a lighter note, here's a picture of my Friday night's supper down town. Yes....Bak Chor Mee (mince meat noodles).

Hi, you've got great models and photography! Aside from shooting pics of food, I used to do models too. Our models (My brother and myself) are here:

mines the F16. Most of the models are my younger brother's. His website.

Thanks Leslie! I really love your food blog! Looks like you're not the average modeller considering the level of skill you displayed super detailing involved with the F-16. And judging from some of the entries in the webshots gallery, something tells me that your brother is still very active modelling. I don't suppose your brother hangs out at any model shops in Singapore. The only one I go to these days will be at The M Workshop which is located at Sunshine Plaza,(Home of the Parklane Fried Wanton Noodles).

Nah, he's in Sydney. We were part of IPMS Australia years ago. Both of us were Master category modellers. (you would probably be Master cat too!) But alas, with the kids and work, I have stopped modelling. Photography and enjoying food is a lot easier to do when you have family.
